萊赫·卡欽斯基 (前)

萊赫·亚历山大·卡钦斯基（Lech Aleksander Kaczyński，1949年6月18日生於華沙），波兰政治家，現任波蘭總統。他曾在2002年到2005年12月22日间任華沙市長。

他有個雙胞胎的弟弟雅罗斯瓦夫·卡钦斯基，他是法律與正義黨（Prawo i Sprawiedliwość）的黨主席。他和哥哥的差別在於他左臉上多了一顆痣。萊赫的妻子叫玛利亚，他们有一个女儿。
